Wir starten im Zentrum von Flachau Richtung Norden am Ennsradweg und legen die ersten 750 Meter gemütlich auf Asphalt mit leichtem Gefälle zurück. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit biegen wir nach rechts auf den neuen Abschnitt der Tour ab und folgen dem kurzen aber knackigen Anstieg bis zur Autobahnüberführung, welche wir dann passieren. Über mehrere Kehren und einem neu angelegten Verbindungsweg geht es nun über den idyllischen Waldweg hinauf zum Koppen. Oben angekommen folgen wir nun der Forststraße weiter zum Berggasthof Sattelbauer, der zur Einkehr lädt. Wahlweise geht es nun rasant bei einer Menge Abfahrtsvergnügen über den Sattelbauer Trail oder gemütlich über die asphaltierte Straße und Forstwegen retour ins Tal.
